Our annual Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday evening in the Main Ballroom. It will feature a buffet dinner with inclusive dietary options, comedians, live music and dancing.
The Dinner Dance offers a time for fellowship and shared connection—to enjoy one another’s company and the unity that brings us together in recovery.

G’day and welcome to NATCON 2026 Gold Coast!
Thank-you for visiting.
You are invited to attend the 2026 National Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous, Australia. This is the 60th National Convention and you are welcome.
NATCON 2026 Gold Coast will be held on the 1st to the 4th of May 2026, on the Gold Coast, Australia. The Marriot Hotel, Surfers Paradise is our venue, and we anticipate a great experience for all.
Our National Convention Theme 'Steps to Recovery' highlights the simplicity of the program of recovery we have at our disposal. That ideal 'To live a Life, beyond our Wildest Dreams' - - Step One - - the Gift of Acceptance.
I recall the inaugural planning Convention Committee meeting. It was clear to all attending, that we held a desire to arrange a National Convention for Alcoholics Anonymous, Australia which was based upon 'connection, inclusivity and a celebration of Living Sober'.
To all those who have assisted bringing that original idea to fruition: thank you.
We look forward to meeting you face to face, to connect with you, to share the strength of our Fellowship and continue to trudge the Road of Happy Destiny.
